Telehealth psychotherapy services utilizing a secure, HIPPA compliant platform.  Log on from your computer, phone, or tablet to participate in your therapy session from a location that is convenient and comfortable for you.


Individual therapy for youth aged 16-18 years old, who may be experiencing struggles with feeling sad or down, anxious, or difficulties focusing that can impact relationships or school functioning.

Young Adults

Individual therapy for adults aged 18-30(ish) who many be experiencing difficulties managing your day-to-day life with school, work, or relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and for over 20 years I have been working with teens, adults, and families in recognizing and using their strengths to navigate life’s challenges.

It is frustrating and exhausting moving through each day feeling like you don’t have the tools you need to thrive.  We can work together to develop new skills and insights so you can feel more empowered in working towards your goals and being on a path that brings you joy.
